Terms of Use Agreement for Partnering Therapists

1. Scope of Partnership

By becoming a partnering therapist with HomeBodywork, you agree to provide professional massage therapy services to clients in accordance with the standards and practices set by HomeBodywork. You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of HomeBodywork.

2. Professional Requirements

You must hold a valid massage therapy license in the jurisdiction where you provide services. It is your responsibility to maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage required by applicable laws and regulations.

3. Client Interactions

You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner when interacting with clients. You will maintain appropriate boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring client comfort, safety, and privacy at all times.

4. Client Health and Safety

You are responsible for obtaining accurate health information from clients before each session, including any contraindications or specific conditions that may affect the massage treatment. You will adapt the massage techniques accordingly and inform clients about any potential risks.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this partnership agreement at any time for any reason with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to fulfill any pending client appointments and return any HomeBodywork property or materials in your possession.

6. Confidentiality

You shall maintain the confidentiality of client information obtained during the course of providing massage therapy services. Personal and health-related information should be handled with utmost care and not disclosed to any unauthorized third parties.

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

You agree to promptly respond to client appointment requests and maintain clear communication regarding scheduling. In the event of cancellations or changes, you will provide reasonable notice to clients and HomeBodywork to minimize inconvenience.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HomeBodywork harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your provision of massage therapy services.

9. Amendment of Terms

HomeBodywork reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at its discretion. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation as a partnering therapist will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
